As the Karnataka State Assembly Elections are scheduled for next year May, the battle in the ballot box will be interesting in many ways.

As of now the siblings Kumar Bangarappa former minister in Congress I government who switched his loyalty to Bharatiya Janata Party is likely to face the election battle with his younger brother Madhu Bangarappa who is still in JDS political party.

Kumar and Madhu are sons of former chief minister S Bangarappa. They are brothers of Geetha Shivarajakumar.

At the home ground both Kumar from BJP and Madhu from Janata Dal (Secular) are expected to face their popularity.

The battle ground of siblings is also because of family feud. Kumar and Madhu are on opposite direction. Madhu Bangarappa is having support from Dr Rajakumar family as century star Shivarajakumar is brother in law.

As of now both Kumar Bangarappa of BJP and Madhu Bangarappa are not active in cinema. Kumar holds the rights of Sri Renukamba Digital theatre, recording, DI, DTS post production unit, Madhu Bangarappa has very popular Akash Recording studio in his leadership.
