The makers of 'Shyam Singha Roy' have made a fresh announcement. This Natural Star Nani's film will commence its shoot sometime in December. To be released in 2020, the project will now be produced by Venkat Boyanapalli instead of Suryadevara Nagavamsi of Sithara Entertainments.

Helmed by Rahul Sankrityan of 'Taxiwala' fame, it will have Sai Pallavi as the first heroine. This is her second outing with the 'Tuck Jagadish' actor after 'MCA'. Krithi Shetty, who will be seen opposite Vaisshnav Tej in 'Uppena', is also on board.

Mickey J Meyer, who is currently doing Sharwanand's 'Sreekaram', will compose its music.

The multi-lingual cinematographer Sanu John Verghese, who has previously worked with Nani on 'Jersey', is going to handle the camera department. Edited by Navin Nooli, it will have art direction by Avinash Kolla.
