Shwetha files case against producer

Frontline actress Shwetha Menon has filed a case against the producer of her latest movie 'Kayam'. The actress alleges that the producer has used her stills of the movie to promote a popular intensively advertised rejuvenating tablet.
An infuriated actress who is also the winner of the state awards last year says that the producer hasn't ever consulted her before talking such an action to associate her images with such a product.
Shwetha who is much impressed with the movie and her role in 'Kayam' also openly expresses her disappointment over the way it is being promoted, just like an adult movie.
Directed by Anil, the movie featuring Manoj K Jayan and Bala is expected to reach the theatres in a couple of weeks.
