Popular television actress Shweta Tiwari lodged a complaint against her second husband Abhinav Kohli for passing lewd comments about her teenaged daughter's body and also showing indecent and obscene pictures to the twelfth standard girl. Further to that Kohli has also been accused of being drunk all the time and using violence against his wife and stepdaughter whom he allegedly slapped on Sunday which forced them to go to the police.

An FIR has reportedly been filed against Abhinav Kohli under Sections 509, 354 (a), 323, 504, 506 of the IPC and 67-A and he has been remanded to custody. Kohli's mother speaking to TOI has denied the allegations and has stated that her son looked after his stepdaughter Palak like his own and did not show partiality to his son Rehaansh. She has further alleged that Shweta wanted to divorce Abhinav and is using these methods to show him bad light just like how she did to her first husband and Palak's father Raja Chowdhary.

Shweta Tiwari is the winner of 'Bigg Boss' season four in Bollywood and is also keen for her daughter Palak to debut as an actress soon and has promised it to her followers on social media.
