With as many as 7 films lined up across Hindi (Welcome Back, Rocky Handsome and Yaara), Tamil and Telugu films for this year, apart from being in talks with several other money spinning films, Shruti looks like becoming B-Town`s new hot property.
Bollywood sources say that the actress` performance in her recent films is making filmmakers` think of a possible replacement to their existing leading ladies.
