Suraj-directed film with Vishal and Tamannah Bhatia, titled as 'Okkadocchadu' ('Kaththi Sandai' in Tamil), is produced in Telugu by G Hari on the banner Hari Venkateswara Films banner. The same is presented by M Puroshattam. The film is said to be the costliest one in Vishal's career.

The film has Shruti Haasan on board. Shruti the singer, not Shruti the actress. The actress has reportedly been approached by director Suraj with a proposal to croon for Tamannah. While the song is yet to be recorded, it's almost certain that Shruti will sing for the movie.

The actress most famously sung the 'Sri Chaitanya Junior College' in 'Oh My Friend', 'Kannulada' in '3', 'Down Down' in 'Race Gurram', and 'Junction Lo' in 'Aagadu'.

This time, she is working with HipHop Thamizh, the music director.

Cinematography is by Richard M Nathan. Dialogues are by Rajesh A Murthy. Lyrics are by Bhagya Lakshmi. Editing is by RK Selva. Dance choreography is by Shobhi and Dinesh.
