Shruti Haasan in spite of being the daughter of the legendary over achiever Kamal Haasan has carved a niche for herself as a solid actress, singer, and musician. She has now touched the milestone of eleven years as an actress.

Though Shruti has acted as a child with her dad in 'Devar Magan' and 'Hey Ram' her debut film as heroine was 'Luck' directed by Soham Shah and costarring Mithun Chakraborthy, Sanjay Dutt and Imran Khan. The film hit the screens on July 24th 2009.

Shruti has since acted in several hit films including '7 aam Arivu' with Suriya, '3' with Dhanush, 'Srimanthudu' with Mahesh Babu, 'Puli' with Vijay and 'Vedalam' with Ajith. Her next film in Tamil is 'Laabam' directed by S.P. Jananathan and costarring Vijay Sethupathi.

Shruti looking ravishing in red in her video has stated "Thank you so so much for all the love on me completing eleven years as an actor. I feel really blessed to be here. I feel I still have a lot more to do and a lot more to learn but most of all I am very thankful for all the love and the support that"
