Shruti Haasan is not a taxi driver

There has been a speculation that Shruti Haasan will be seen as a taxi driver in Ajith's 56th film, which is being directed by Shiva of 'Shouryam' fame. But contrary to the rumours, she is playing a lawyer and it is Ajith, who is playing a cab driver in the film. Some sources have confirmed it.

This is Ajith's second film with Shiva after the successful 'Veeram' ('Veerudokkade' in Telugu). 'Jil' fame Kabir Singh Duhan is playing the baddie in this film and Lakshmi Menon is going to be seen as Ajith's sister. Anirudh Ravichander is composing music for this movie.
