Shruti Haasan turns gangster!

Actress Shruti Haasan was last seen on screens in the Suriya starrer action movie Singam 3/ Si 3 directed by Hari, and after that the actress had been concentrating on her singing and musical career, and fans had been awaiting the release of her next film.

After hosting the TV show Hello Sago, making her small screen debut last year, the pretty actress is all set to have her first release in three years with her next Bollywood movie titled as Power and directed by Mahesh Manjrekar who will also play an important role in the movie.

Power will have Shruti playing a gangster and her pair Vidyut Jammwal also plays a gangster and the movie will be about their rise in underworld. The movie which will be a dark action thriller will be a tribute to Godfather, and is all set to release on July 12.
