Shriya Saran is playing a mother of two (one among them is a teenaged girl) in 'Drishyam', a remake of a Malayalam super hit of the same title. (Kamal Haasan is currently doing it in Tamil as 'Paapanasam'.)

"It was a different experience to work with National award winning director Nishikant Kamath. I am a fan of Ajay Devgn and it was so memorable to act with him," the 'Sivaji' and 'Azhagia Tamil Magan' heroine says.

"I was told that Meena and Gauthami have played the role in Malaylaam and Tamil versions, respectively. I don't know whether I have bettered them. But I can sure say it is a challenging role and I have given my best," adds Shriya.
