It is a tale of an ordinary young man, played by Hussain Kuwajerwala who makes his big screen debut. He works as an accountant in a telecom company. He is in love with Anjali Patil and wants to marry her. The problem is he is not earning enough to get a proper worth living accommodation in Mumbai. He gets a call from the owner of the company. The police commissioner and a renowned scientist are also present at the meeting. He gets a very tempting proposal. He has to give 12 hours of his life, when he has to do whatever they ask him to do, and he will receive a fortune as the payment. He agrees. He is given a drug that makes him lose consciousness. He is thrown from the terrace of a villa. When he gets up, he is charged with the murder of the scientist and the police commissioner. The rest of the tale is about his getting out of the tricky situation.

It is supposed to be a suspense film, and the element of suspense is there as you wonder what is going to happen next. The trouble is the way story is told. The story is about the happenings during three days, and there is constant inter-cutting in the narration of the events of three days. It is enough to make one more confused than entertained.

Television actor Hussain Kuwajerwala makes his debut as the hero of the screen. He does a good job. Anjali Patil is more than adequate as his sweetheart. Paresh Ganatra, Shivani Tanksale and Rio Kapadia appear in other key roles. Rajesh Bachchani has hemmed the film from his own script. He could have done better with a simpler story.
