Kannada-Tamil actress Shraddha Srinath is going to romance Natural Star Nani in 'Jersey'. The film was launched today.

Expressing her happiness over bagging her first Telugu project, she writes, "I have a big grin on my face as I type this. My next in Telugu is 'Jersey' alongside Nani, directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri and produced by Sithara Entertainments and the most incredible team working so hard to make this beautiful film about sports and relationships."

It was with the psychological thriller 'U Turn' (remade in Telugu with Samantha as the heroine) that she had debuted as an actress. This one fetched her the Filmfare Award for Best Actress. Since then, Shraddha has gone on to do acclaimed movies like 'Urvi', 'Vikram Vedha' and 'Operation Alamelamma' in Tamil and Kannada.

Should 'Jersey' become a hit, the youngster who studied her Intermediate from an Army School in Secunderabad will become a known face in Telugu as well.
