Shraddha Kapoor - The Maharashtrian Mulgi

The actress, Shraddha Kapoor, who spread her magic with her recent film ÂAashiqui 2Â has taken time off to celebrate one of her favourite festivals, Ganesh Chaturthi.
It is a lesser known fact that the pretty actress is a half Maharashtrian. ShraddhaÂs mom is a Maharashtrian and so the actress has been hugely celebrating this happy festival since years now.
So for the same, sources revealed, that the actress has taken some time off all her work and meetings to enjoy some family time when everyone catches up over lots of sweets.
Shraddha Kapoor recently did a photoshoot with her maasi, Padmini Kolhapure during the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi.
Both of them were dressed in a beautiful saree (Marathi style) and those pictures have got tremendous traction.
The pictures have been loved by all. Shraddha has been getting calls and texts complementing the look they carried and how she looks like a Marathi mulgi in them.
Ganesh Chaturthi brings her entire family together and it is celebrated in a grand way. This year, Shraddha Kapoor performed the puja along with her maasi, Padmini Kolhapure in total Marathi style.
Coming back to ÂAashiqui 2Â, the pretty Shraddha, played the role of Aarohi in the film, who was also a Maharashtrian. Hence, it all came toShraddha more naturally.
