News had been out that Shraddha Kapoor recently met with an accident on the sets of ‘Ek Villain’ while riding a bike.

It was reported that the young actress’s bike skid while doing a scene. But Shraddha is now glad that she had worn the helmet. If she had not worn the helmet, this accident could have caused major injuries to the ‘Aashiqui 2’ beauty.

Accidents can happen to the most experienced riders as well. However, the actress feels that the Helmet is a must have while riding the bike. Highlighting the importance of helmet, the actress also recently tweeted, "The most important thing is to always wear a helmet and ride safely no matter how well you ride a bike. Safety first and then all iz well J"

With this, the actress wants to encourage more and more bikers to get accustomed to wearing the helmet and avoid fatal accidents.
