Actress Shraddha Kapoor is familiar to the Telugu audience because of Prabhas’ pan-Indian movie ‘Saaho’. The news is that her brother Siddhanth Kapoor was last night detained by the Bengaluru Police at a rave party. The party was going on at an upscale hotel on the famous MG Road in Karnataka’s capital city.
As per a statement issued by Deputy Commissioner of Police (east) Bheemashankar S Guled, Siddhanth tested positive after his samples were sent to a lab. Five other party revellers have also tested positive for consuming drugs. All six have been in detention since then.
Siddhanth is also the son of Shakti Kapoor, the veteran Bollywood actor.
It may be recalled that Shraddha Kapoor, who is one of the most-happening Bollywood stars, was questioned by the Narcotics Control Bureau in the year 2020 in connection with a drugs case. Recent reports suggest that the case, in which the likes of Deepika Padukone were also questioned, has not made any progress because no clinching evidence has been found by the NCB so far against any major celeb.
