The censor of Shourya was done moments ago. It has been certified a U/A. The film is slated for a grand release on March 4, the day on which will release also Kalyana Vaibhogame and Guntur Talkies. All the three films are releasing as BO favourites.

Manchu Manoj will be seen as a software engineer in this film. The makers are projecting it as a class-meets-mass entertainer, the class being signified by director Dasarath and mass by Manoj. This belongs to a rare genre, that of romantic thriller.

Music is by Veda K. Regina Cassandra is the female lead. Prakash Raj is playing the third most important character. Brahmanandam, Sayaji Shinde, Subbu Raju, Nagineedu, Shravan, Banerjee, Jeevi, Prabhas Sreenu, Shakalaka Shankar, Sathya Prakash, Shiva Reddy, Surya, Sudha, Hema and others are part of the cast.
