IP Tele Media presents Short Filmmakers which will exhibit short films to audience across the globe. The contest is open to filmmakers and students who hold a valid Indian passport, residents of India or who have a valid visa to India. The contest is free to register and short films can be of any genre. It should either be in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam or English.

Last date for submission of your entries is October 25 and the event will be held on November 12, 2011 at the Anna Centenary Library auditorium in Kotturpuram. Not just that, for the first time ever you can view short films in theatre effect, what with the 1200 seater auditorium.

The award celebrations will be followed by classical song performance by Saindhavi and saxophone performance by Lavanya. There will also be light music performance by lead singers like Andrea Jeremiah, Ranaina Reddy, Sayanora, Sri Lekha Parthasarathy, Benny Dayal, Prasanna, Karthikeyan and Mohammed Aslam set to take place. This will be followed by super singer fame singers concert, dance performance and a mime performance.
