Only recently Dia Mirza along with her co-producer Sahil Sangha had announced their forthcoming project ‘Bobby Jasoos’.

To be produced under their banner Born Free Entertainment, it was reported that Vidya Balan will be playing the lead in a story that marks the arrival of India's first Lady Detective.

Unfortunately the project has met with a roadblock now.

The project’s shooting as of now has been put on hold since Dia’s mother had undergo heart surgery, due to which the actress-turned-producer will be diverting her attention from her professional work.

Confirming the same an official statement from the production house read, "Dia's mother has to undergo an urgent heart surgery due to which the schedule of Bobby Jasoos has been postponed by 11 days.

Dia and Sahil are very grateful that Vidya and the entire starcast and crew have been supportive and accommodative. The surgery is scheduled for the middle of this week. The film will now commence on the 25th of November."
