With ‘Vicky Donor’ Shoojit Sircar launched the then newcomer Ayushmann Khurrana and the end result was amazing. The film as well as the actor’s performance was well appreciated. The filmmaker, who had full confidence on Ayushman was backing the actor who went on to bag accolades from all quarters for this film.

And now, Shoojit has been betting big on ‘Kai Po Che’ star, Amit Sadh. The young actor has been shooting for Shoojit’s film, ‘Running Shaadi.com’ which is a romantic comedy. The film is about a portal that that helps people in love to get married.

The film went on floors in mid-October. They have been shooting in Punjab for the same. In fact the first schedule of the film was shot in Golden Temple which was an auspicious start of sorts.

We hope Shoojit’s faith in his actor yet again works out successfully.
