Harish Shankar has plugged a shocking video clip in which domestic violence is not only normalized but also propagated. The ‘Gabbar Singh’ director turned teary upon viewing the clip.
When a Twitter-verified handle shared a shocking video in which a male person named Mohammad Mushtaq (who is identified as an IT professional in Bangalore) is seen teaching his son how to beat one’s wife, the ‘Gaddalakonda Ganesh’ director was moved to tears.
The video clip’s associated tweet reads, “Just notice how the child starts slapping her mother and breaking the mother’s phone. What citizens we would produce when children are taught violence from their childhood?”
On the work front, Harish Shankar is doing ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’, which will hit the screens in 2024. Recently, he condemned the rumour that Pawan Kalyan’s character will have a male child in the movie, unlike a female child in the Tamil original, ‘Theri’. There is also no truth in the news that Power Star will be seen as a lecturer. The film is produced by Mythri Movie Makers. It will go on the floors later this year.
