Shivam has different genres of songs and all of them have lyrics at different levels, not to speak of the music.  Bhaskarabhatla gets a single card film and he delivers lyrics for the young generation with his conversational imprint.

Karthik, Narendra, Yazin Nizar, Sameera, Sagar, Hari Priya, Hemachandra, MM Manasi are the singers.

Shivam Shivam

Artist: Karthik
Lyricist: Bhaskarabhatla Ravikumar

The song presents the hero's character and attitude in fluid language.  From his ability to wipe every tear out of every depressed lover to his skill of making lovers remain united for ever, he knows it all.  Bhaskarabhatla's lyrics give a sense of the hero's agenda in the film.  Karthik's youthful voice is perked up by Devi Sri Prasad's youngish musical flow.

Prema Ane Pichi

Artist: Narendra
Lyricist: Bhaskarabhatla Ravikumar

The song is a cross between a massy, folksy style one and a classy, beatsy one.  Narendra has that distinct voice to add pep and grace to this number.  DSP shows once again that he can dish out a catchy tune from nowhere, improvising upon his style and hybridizing genres.  The lyricist is at it again, the concept is striking and the song works thus.

I Love You Too

Artist: Yazin Nizar, Sameera
Lyricist: Bhaskarabhatla Ravikumar

This song is a one-way conversation, the boy's address to the heroine.  Yazin's voice is remarkable for this song.  Sameera has just a small part.  Bhaskarabhatla once again pens lyrics in mundane language, yet the lines strike occasionally.  There is a 'Feel my love..' theme around the song.  DSP's tune passes muster.

Andamaina Lokam

Artists: Sagar, Hari Priya
Lyricist: Bhaskarabhatla Ravikumar

Sagar's familiar voice and Hari Priya's mellifluous voice instantly establish a connect with the listener.  Although the tune doesn't make an impact as it has no novelty, the lyrics strike the right chord.  The romantic poetry is simple yet evocative.  However, DSP is found wanting as he fails to give a catchy tune.

Gunde Aagi Pothande

Artists: Hemachandra, MM Manasi
Lyricist: Bhaskarabhatla Ravikumar

It's time for a mass masala number, Bhaskarabhatla style.  He pens lyrics that are at once mischievous and romantic.  DSP matches the lyricist's imagination with his peppy music.  Hemachandra and Manasi have their task cut for this number.  For Manasi, this one is a genre that is her cup of tea.  All in all, the song has all the trappings of a DSP item number.

Verdict: This one has DSP's style writ all over the album.  At least two songs stand out for their musical flavour while others are just there.
