The much expected film of Company Enterprises that is prolonging the release from Shivarjakumar birthday July 12 is at last definite on releasing on 24th of August.

The producer of the film 'Shiva' starring Shivarajakumar in his 101st film and sizzling Ragini – KP Srikanth clarified in a letter that 'Shiva' is delaying because of graphic and post production of DI work. Both the works are happening in Chennai. Graphic expert Dorai who worked for Shanker Tamil films has appreciated the work done for this film.

Super star Shivarajakumar completing balance portion for 'Lakshmi' is participating in the 'Suvarana Shivanna' and after that event the film will be getting released on 24th of August. A mammoth public attendance is expected for ‘Shivanna Suvarana’ at Chowdaiah Memorial Hall. This place is also beginning for publicity for ‘Shiva’ for Shrikanth.

As the fans of Shivarajakumar are demanding the exact date we are announcing the date as August 24. We know it is against the rules of Regional Censor Board. On 8th or 10th we are going in for censor screening says Shrikanth.
