The latest century hero of Kannada cinema Shivarajakumar saluted the industry friends, family members and media for his growth in the last 24 years of his career at the thanks giving get together party at his Nagavara residence on Friday afternoon.

Seated with his mother Smt Parvathamma Rajakumar, Brothers Puneeth Rajakumar, Raghavendra Rajakumar, his wife Geetha and sister in law Mangala, the darling of Kannada cinema Shivarajakumar recounted his early days and said he is blessed to be born as son of Dr Rajakumar and Parvathamma Rajakumar.

Covering his eyes from his right hand Shivarajakumar became very emotional and tears started dropping. His mother Smt Parvathamma Rajakumar consoled him for a while. “My father should have been physically present to see this day”, Shivarajakumar emotionally broke down.

Recouping from emotions Shivarajakumar went on a flash book. His naughty nature chiseled by his parents, living with 30 plus in the family developing the uniform thinking, cultivating good attitude was first learning in my life he said.

“I was inspired from my younger brother Puneeth Rajakumar. It is he as a child sung a song Bana Dhariyalli…..made me to take up this art. The right advice later supported me to make debut in ‘Anand’ on February 16, 1986”, he says.

“Fr the growth so far in 100 films the media is also responsible. From the early stages my mistakes have been corrected and I have taken everything positively”, said Shivarajakumar.

On his dreams he said taking up ‘Bhaktha Ambarisha’, a film which his father Dr Rajakumar intended to do is top priority and ‘Bhaktha Kumbara’ a film of his father is once again the ambition of Shivarajakumar to perform again. “I know that I cannot do complete justice but at least 30 percent I would meet the caliber of my father”, he pointed.

To take the living style, guidelines, beliefs of his father to the people the family members are working out on various projects disclosed Shivarajakumar.
