A few days earlier to World Kidney Day, Dr Shivarajakumar invited his hardcore fan Jayakumar via special ambulance and donated the medical aid for his two kidney failures. Dr Shiv made this arrangement because going to hospital would lead to lot of disturbance to other inmates.

Hailing from Mysuru Jayakumar is a hardcore fan and he expressed his wish of seeing Dr Shiv once before his death. Arrangement was made for Jayakumar to reach the shooting spot of Tagaru` in a special ambulance. Dr Shivarajakumar spent 30 minutes consoling his fan 19 year young Jayakumar and family members. Snake Shyam environmentalist made arrangements for this meeting.

Soon after this Dr Shivarajakumar took part in the World Kidney Day event conducted by Vaidehi Hospital in White Field outskirts of Bengaluru. A march was organized to Kidney day.

Inaugurating the event Dr Shiv said the donation of parts of the body would be useful for 15 persons who are living with ailments. The aversion for donating parts of the body after death should be eradicated he mentioned.
