Do you know that there is a reason why Shirdi Sai is being released in 801 theatres. It is because the numbers 8,0 and 1 add up to '9'. Number 9 is considered auspicious/lucky for Sai Baba.

The Paruchuri Brothers are happy for the reason that it is their 333rd film. 3+3+3 again add up to 9. Gopala Krishna asks us to see for ourselves that there is a sheer similarity between Nag's get-up in the movie and the portrait of 15-year-old Baba of the famous Sai Padam book.

Interestingly, Shirdi Sai is releasing in the 9th month.

Producer A Mahesh Reddy says that though his businesses have turned over Rs. 1500 crores every year, the satisfaction from making the film is more than he ever had. He will be very happy if even 1000 persons turn into Sai devotees after watching the film.

He says that K Raghavendra Rao was so dedicated towards the movie that he went to the Himalayas to shoot a 10-minutes episode despite having a bleeding nose at that time.
