Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja who is on trial for allegedly raping his maid, will have to leave Mumbai after two weeks in accordance to the Bombay High Court order. The actor got bail last year on condition that he would not stay in Mumbai. However, in May, his lawyers sought relaxation of the condition because the actor wanted to shoot for the film ‘Shunya’.

The court permission was valid only up to Wednesday, but as the shooting was rescheduled, the actor's lawyer sought extension, which was granted by Justice A. R. Joshi.

The 37 year old Shiney is married to Anupam Ahuja and the couple has a three year old daughter, Arshiya. He debuted with the critically acclaimed Hindi movie ‘Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi’. He came to Mumbai in 1996 and had appeared in a few commercials before entering the world of movies.
