Finally, Shiney Ahuja has his temporary redemption as Mumbai Court has granted him bail with a fine of Rs.50, 000 and asking him to leave Mumbai. Much broken down in spirits with prison life, Ahuja has mentioned that he will move to Delhi and stay along with his parents.

To ensure that the actor doesn’t leave the country, the court has ordered him to submit his passport to police so that he cannot fly anywhere outside India sans permission. Also, he has been ordered to report every week to a police station in Delhi.

Earlier, Ahuja’s bail request was denied couple of times and now that he has got it, his wife seems to be brimmed with joyousness.

Speaking to the media channels, she has said, “Now that we’re quite relieved from problematic situation, things have to be decided for the next step…” Ahuja has planned to spend some time with his parents and family much before resuming his work of upcoming projects.
