Thalapathy Vijay completed a three-week first schedule of his new movie 'Thalapathy 65' in Georgia, USA, and returned home a few days back. The team is planning to shoot the next schedule of the film in sets of a grand mall that has been specially erected in Chennai. There could be a delay due to the COVID 19-second schedule.

Coming to the cast of 'Thalapathy 65', so far only the leading lady Pooja Hegde has been officially announced while Yogi Babu, VTV Ganesh, and Aparna Das are also said to be a part of it.

Now the latest addition to the cast of 'Thalapathy 65' is said to be Malayalam hero Shine Tom Chacko who is a busy star in Mollywood. He is known for lead roles in such films as 'Ithihaasam' , 'Love' and 'Velleppam' as well as second leads in many others including the upcoming 'Kurup' starring Dulquer Salmaan and 'Djinn' costarring Soubin Shahir and
Sharaf U Dheen

Though the news comes from reliable sources there has been no official update yet. The film is directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and produced by Sun Pictures with Anirudh serving as the music director.
