Shilpa Shetty shouted at Raj Kundra, cried after argument during house raid: Details

Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty allegedly shouted at her husband Raj Kundra and broke into tears during an argument with him while the crime branch of Mumbai police conducted a raid at their residence. The police apparently had to step in and calm her down.

The raid at Raj Kundra’s Juhu residence was part of the investigation after the businessman was arrested last week for allegedly creating porn videos and distributing them through a mobile application. Police sources reportedly said that Shilpa was inconsolable as she screamed at her husband for defaming the family’s name. She also informed him that “due to his actions, their endorsements are being cancelled in the industry and the family is facing a huge financial loss.” The 45-year-old businessman, who was arrested last Monday, has been sent to judicial custody today for 14 days.

Raj Kundra was booked under Sections 420 (cheating), 34 (common intention), 292 and 293 (related to obscene and indecent advertisements and displays) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) along with relevant sections of the IT Act and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act.
