Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty has made a social media post for the first time since her husband Raj Kundra was arrested earlier this week in connection with the alleged creation and publishing of porn content. In her post, the yesteryear star actress that it is important to look around in awareness.

Saying that people tend to look back in anger at the people who have hurt them, Shetty said that we all tend to remember only frustrations we have felt and the bad luck we have endured. 

Sounding positive, she then wrote, "I take a deep breath, knowing that I am lucky to be alive. I have survived challenges in the past and will survive challenges in the future. Nothing need distract me from living my life today." 

Sounding thoughtful, she added, "The place we need to be is right here, right now—not looking anxiously at what has been or what might be, but fully aware of what is."
