So when asked about what was that another story and he exclaims, That's an interesting question! So yeah, they had to close on the character and I'd sent my audition in and they liked it very much! But Vishnu wanted to meet me in-person. It was such that when he was in town, I was in Hyderabad shooting. So we were just not able to catch up and he was like, listen! I just want to meet you for five minutes. I said, Vishnu sir I'm coming to Bombay tommorow morning and he was like, damnn! I'm leaving tommorow morning as well! So, what do we do? what do we do? and he said, let's do one thing and asked me about the flights details and met at a near-by hotel. So, quickly in-transit we had a little conversation and looked at me and said, sir! you're on!

This was his first meeting experience with Vishnuvardhan and Shadaf further added that, He had seen my audition already and he really wanted to meet me in-person, which I think is so amazing! you know, to see the aura, to see the energy because the character I'm playing is a legendary human being.
