Couple weeks ago, actress Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra filed a defamation case of 50 crore rupees on actress Sherlyn Chopra. This was in response to Sherlyn giving out statements against Raj Kundra and calling out Shilpa Shetty every now and then on social media. Their notice read, "The entire allegations made by Ms Sherlyn Chopra against Mr Raj Kundra and Ms Shilpa Shetty Kundra, are concocted, false, fake, frivolous, baseless, without any evidence, even to Ms Sherlyn Chopra’s knowledge, and have been made with an ulterior motive to defame and extort money."

Sherlyn has now retaliated by sending a reply notice in which she alleged that Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty are trying to dishearten her from pursuing justice. Couple days ago, she took to Twitter and shared a part of her reply notice to the couple. She wrote, "Here are the first & last pages of my Reply Notice, sent by my Legal Team on Oct 23, 2021 to Ripu Sudan alias Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty Kundra with reference to their Defamation Notice."

A part of the reply notice read, "Unfortunately, a defamation suit is used as a weapon to stifle the pursuit of justice and free speech. It is used as a tool that can enable the accused to turn the tables and make a culprit out of a victim."

Ever since Raj Kundra has been arrested in the porn scandal case, Sherlyn has been calling herself a victim of forced pornography and sexual assault by Raj Kundra.
