Kamasutra 3D director Rupesh Paul said he will take legal action against three of his team members for misleading, which resulted in a bitter, acrimonious fight between him and actress Sherlyn Chopra.

According to the sources, three of the core members of KS3D, approached Sherlyn for another venture. They even gave her an advance. A midst all this, they informed her that she will be losing major chunk of role in the movie Kamasutra 3D and this disappointed her. They even provided her with false documents and further fuelled the enmity.

Earlier, there was a huge uproar on a social networking site, that saw Sherlyn abusing the director incorrigibly. She wanted to defile him in the eyes of media as she was hurt. But, what caused this sudden war of words was still a mystery. In reply to her misbehavior, Rupesh filed a defamation case against her for tarnishing his image and reputation. She went on to file a counter case of sexual assault against him in Santa Cruz police station. But as the allegations were baseless and lacked any solid proof, she lost the case and Rupesh got a permanent bail and this unsettled her further.

With the fight going nowhere and the real reason being unknown, Sherlyn's new manager suggested that they should meet and sort out everything. Ameet Prajapati, the assistant director of K3D, looking at the belligerence of the whole scenario decided to proceed with the meeting. They had a long discussion and they discovered that some of the three core members created the misunderstanding and stemmed a deep-seated animosity between the director-actress. Sherlyn's behalf on her social networking site.

Sherlyn Chopra, talking on the situation said, Mr.Paul and I have risen above the drama. Drama is most appealing on celluloid. And that's where it should remain. To the detractors who got us to lose our focus temporarily, I've got just four words- Better Luck Next Time!

Rupesh assured her that no part of her screen space would be chopped off from the movie. When the real intentions of the team members was known to Rupesh and his team, they were aghast and saddened.

The movie has suffered a huge loss in terms of delay, in the process. They have decided to take some serious legal action against them. Also, one of the technician will be sued for leaking the footage on the net without Rupesh's prior consent.

The peace finally comes down on the two with Sherlyn promising the director to be a part of all the major promotions for the movie and be the Chief Guest for its world premiere at the Cannes International Film Festival.
