Seeing the overwhelming response to Sanjay Dutt’s look in Apoorva Lakhia’s ‘Zanjeer’ the makers have now decided to make Sanju Baba’s role more substantial and increase the length of it! Dutt's role has been re-worked upon and the team is more then happy with the way the film is shaping up.

The uber cool actor plays the iconic role of Sher Khan, a character made famous by Pran in the original film.

A source close to the film reveals that after Dutt’s negative character as ‘Kaancha Cheena’ in Agneepath his new look as Sher Khan has attracted a lot of interest therefore we would be adding a song and few action sequences featuring Sanju baba!

It is also learnt that the makers of the film went to meet veteran actor Pran who is recuperating in the hospital to inquire about his health & well being and while they were talking the evergreen actor went on to say "No one can play Sher Khan better than Sanju.... Confirming about the development Apoorva Lakhia said "Yes! He has given us extended dates and we are going to shoot in February.

All we can say is that we can’t wait to watch Dutt play the iconic role of Sher Khan on the big screen!
