'Shekar', a cop thriller fronted by Dr. Rajashekar, is in the post-production phase. Featuring also Aathmeeya Rajan, Muskaan Kubchandhani of 'George Reddy' fame, comedian Abhinav Gomatam, Kannada Kishore, Sameer, Bharani, Ravi Varma, and Shravan Raghavendra, the film has got an interesting update.

Director Jeevitha Rajasekhar on Monday revealed that her daughter Shivani has played a crucial part in the movie. "She has got scenes with her father, Rajasekhar. Their scenes are so natural that they are looking much like how they come across in real life," Jeevitha added. Shivani is known for 'Adbhutham', which is a OTT hit.

The film is bankrolled by Beeram Sudhakara Reddy, Shivani Rajashekar, Shivathmika Rajashekar, and Boggaram Venkata Srinivas. Anup Rubens, who has composed music for 'Drushyam 2', is on board.

'Shekar' has a lot of interesting aspects as its stand-out elements. Last week, a song titled 'Love Gante' was released. Sung by Vijay Prakash and Anup Rubens, it has been loved by the listeners.
