‘Shekar’ producer gives warning, firms up his stance

Producer Beeram Sudhakar Reddy has issued a statement saying that he is the actual producer of ‘Shekar’, which was released in theatres on May 20. In a statement, Reddy said that nobody has any right to say that he has no rights over the investigative thriller. 

“I am the producer of ‘Shekar’. Jeevitha garu has directed the movie. And Rajasekhar garu is its hero. I have fully paid their remunerations. Someone has moved the court assuming that ‘Shekar’ belongs to Jeevitha and Rajasekhar. Let me state clearly that I will not be keeping quiet if anyone tries to harm my film ‘Shekar’,” Reddy today said.

He added, “I will sue anybody who tries to affect the financial prospects of ‘Shekar’. I will ensure that I get compensated in the form of damages by the offender. Someone has said that I can’t do financial transactions on ‘Shekar’. The objection is invalid. I am the actual producer of ‘Shekar’ and I can do anything that I want to.” 

Sudhakar Reddy is a businessman who has invested in more than fifteen movies so far.
