Season 2 of Netflix crime thriller 'Delhi Crime' is set to release on 26th of August and these days actress Shefali Shah is busy with promotions of the same. Based on the infamous Nirbhaya rape case, 'Delhi Crime' came out in 2019 and it featured Shefali Shah as DCP Vartika Chaturvedi and the second season of the show will see her take on a new challenging case.

In a recent conversation with IANS, Shefali talked about the effect that police uniform had on her overall aura and attitude on set. She stated, "That uniform does something to you. Trust me. Wearing that uniform, something else just happens. When we were about to do Delhi Crime 2, the thing that was going on in my mind was that the first instalment happened but how do I fit those shoes again. How will I ever be able to do it?”

The actress further added, "And trust me when I stepped into those shoes it was something else. I walked taller and the respect for that uniform… people on the sets gave you way to actually walk. To be able to wear it for even for a show is something else.”

'Delhi Crime' season 2 is set to release on 26th of August exclusively on Netflix.
