It will be of interest to note that veteran actress Sheela and Superstar Mohanlal had never acted together for a Malayalam film, though they were in the business for more than thirty years. But now the director of family films, Sathyan Anthikkad is planning to get them together for his next film. This yet to be titled project will have both the actors together in equally important roles. Padmapriya will be heroine to Lal in this movie whose shoot will kick off by the end of May. The movie to be produced by Antony Perumbavoor in he banner of Aashirwad films will also have BijuMenon, Innocent, Mamukoya and K P A C lalitha in other pivotal roles.

Few will also remember that it was Sahthyan Anthikkad who paved a comeback for Sheela to filmdom, with his big hit movie 'Manassinakkare', which also introduced south Indian star Nayanthara to the big screen.
