’Express Raja’ Movie Gallery

Director Merlapaka Gandhi, who shot to fame with sleeper hit Venkatadri Express, has teamed up with Sharwanand for Express Raja. Touted to be a romantic-comedy, the film will see Surabhi as the female lead. Pramod Uppalapati and Vamsi Krishna Reddy of UV Creations are producing this film and this will be their second project featuring Sharwanand in the lead role after Run Raja Run.

The shooting of the film has been wrapped up and currently the post production formalities are in full swing. According to reports, the makers are planning to release the film for Pongal, 2016. That means, the Sharwanand starrer will lock horns with Balakrishna's Dictator and Nagarjuna starrer Soggade Chinni Nayana.

The first look poster and trailer of Express Raja have received wide acclaim for its quirkiness. Sushanth is playing a crucial cameo in this film, while Srimanthudu fame Harish Uttaman is the baddie. Praveen Lakkaraju is scoring the music.
