'Maha Samudram' has finally been made official. Director Ajay Bhupathi of 'RX 100' is going to make it in Telugu and Tamil simultaneously with Sharwanand as the hero.

AK Entertainments, which earlier this year produced Mahesh Babu's 'Sarileru Neekevvaru', will bankroll the project prestigiously. "After 'Gamyam' and 'Prasthanam', you will see Sharwanand in yet another strong, intense role. The director has penned a powerful script to deliver a stunner, once again," the makers said.

What is the genre? It's an intense love and action drama. 'RX 100', which starred Kartikeya and Payal Rajput, too, was one such film. It seems Ajay Bhupathi loves the genre a lot.

The makers have promised "sensational and surprise" updates about the project every week. "There will be a big update next Monday. We are going to make an intense love story like never before and it will surely reach your expectations," the director said.
