Powerstar Pawan Kalyan's Sardaar Gabbar Singh (SGS) shooting is progressing in Gujarat for a while now. A section of media reported that Pawan Kalyan is displeased with the way the film has been shaping up and hit back at producer Sharrath Marar and director Bobby. It is also speculated that a miffed Pawan returned to Hyderabad in a hush-hush. The news spread like a wild fire and fans of Pawan Kalyan has started posing a lot of questions to the producer on his micro blogging page. It is learnt that Eros International, the co-producers of the film also expressed their dissent for the film hitting the headlines for all the wrong reasons.

Refuting the rumours, Sharrath cleared air on the issue. "Pawan Kalyan returned to Hyderabad after completing his portion of the film. There is no truth in the news. I don't understand what joy people get spreading false news about our film. We are shooting on the other cast in Gujarat. The film is not releasing for Pongal. Pawan Kalyan is extremely satisfied with the prospects," said Sharrath.
