The most exciting 'Thalapathy 64' team promised hot updates from Monday onwards with the first one being the confirmation of Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi on board followed by the signing of Antony Varghese yesterday. Today being Gandhi Jayanthi it is a double dhamaka of two announcements.

The first of today's announcements is that Shantanu Bhagyaraj has come on board 'Thalapathy 64' and it is common knowledge that he is a hardcore fan of the mass hero who even officiated his wedding to Keerthy. The 'Sakkara Katti' hero has shared on social media that dreams to come to reality and that he is delighted to share screen space with his Thalapathy Vijay anna and has thanked directed Lokesh Kanagaraj for the same.
