Hollywood actor Arnold Schwarzenegger has been in contention to play the mean man in Superstar Rajinikanth's upcoming sequel Robo 2. It is known that director Shankar has offered him a whopping amount as remuneration. However, the Terminator starrer has been pressurising the makers for script changes and started to raise concerns over several issues including call sheets.

That's not all, Arnold also insisting Shankar to rope in Hollywood writers and even threatened to walk out the project if they fail to honour his demands. Though Rajini and Shankar tried to convince the actor during their recent US trip, their efforts have gone in vain.

Miffed with the adamant behaviour of Arnold, sources from Kollywood inform us that Shankar has sacked the Hollywood star from his project and is considering a popular Bollywood actor to play the baddie in the film. This has come as a big shock to Arnold`s fans, who are eagerly waiting to see him in action in an Indian film.An official confirmation is awaited.
