Shankar falls for this big film

Amidst working on the Vfx of '2.0', Shankar recently took out some time to watch 'Padmaavat'. And guess what, he totally loved it.
"It's an engaging movie with amazing visuals. Good to see fantastic work of the Production designer, Costume designer, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and of course Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Ghoomar...wah what a song," the director tweeted.
The magnum opus has been a box office hit. In the US, it has grossed more than USD 5 million already. It's also a big hit in Australia and UK. Taran Adarsh, the trade analyst, says, "This may sound UNBELIEVABLE, but 'Padmaavat' has crossed the lifetime biz of 'Dilwale', 'Bajirao Mastani', 'Sultan', 'Tiger Zinda Hai' [still running] and Bajrangi Bhaijaan in its opening weekend itself.
