It is not an easy task to get an okay from a director like Shankar who is attentive to every minute detail of a shot and an actor's performance. If that is the case think about how humongous task it would be to get appreciated by the master class director that too while the shooting of the film is in progress.

Director Shankar has taken time from his busy shooting schedule for his upcoming mega budget sci-fi entertainer '2.0' to appreciate Bollywood star Akshay Kumar who has started shooting for the film. The team is currently shooting some important scenes between the hero Superstar Rajinikanth and the villain Akshay Kumar.

Within few days of shot Akki seems to have mightily impressed Shankar as an actor and that has made the filmmaker to praise him in his Twitter page. It must be noted that Shankar has not done this with the customary words, but has used any words that would highlight Akshay as a director's delight.

It must be noted that '2.0' is the debut Tamil film of Akshay.
