Mollywood young actor Shane Nigam has a handful of promising movies for the year. From his recent choice of films, it is quite evident that the actor is trying his best to play a variety of characters. In his upcoming movie 'Vela', the actor is all set to don the cop avatar for the first time. The actor is currently shooting for the movie in Kochi and a video of the actor from the set have surfaced online. In the video, the actor is seen sporting a never seen before dapper look, getting into his caravan and later coming out in a Police avatar. While the audiences have only seen playing the guy next door characters, his new mustache look has indeed surprised the netizens and are really excited about the new venture.

Directed by S George, 'Vela' is bankrolled by the same team who produced the Mammootty starrer ‘Puzhu’. Apart from Shane Nigam, the upcoming movie also features actor-director Sidharth Bharathan in a pivotal role. Scripted by ‘Mandaram’ fame M Sajas, the upcoming thriller will have music by Sam CS. More details regarding the project are awaited.

Meanwhile, Shane Nigam, who was last seen in 'Ullasam', is awaiting the release of Bermuda, helmed by TK Rajeev. The makers of the movie had recently unveiled the first official teaser leaving the audience all thrilled about the movie release. Going by the teaser, the movie promises a fun-filled entertainer and has a unique treatment of storytelling with a lot of suspense elements. The movie has Shane Nigam in the role of a youngster, while Vinay Forrt appears as a cop. In the teaser, both the characters seem to be in a search of something. The movie is scheduled for July 29th release.
