Shane Nigam, son of mimicry artiste turned actor Abi, is a talent worth looking forward to. Today we know him not as Abi`s son, but as that rebellious youngster Irfan who ends up falling in love with a girl (who is much older than him) from another religious background in Kismath, helmed by Shanavas K Bavakutty.
Shane has been a young face to look out for ever since his stellar performanceas Andreah Jeremiah`s short tempered brother in Annayum Rasoolum directed by Rajeev Ravi. The actor has played small yet pivotal roles in several films including Neelakasham Pachakadal Chuvanna Bhoomi, Annayum Rasoolum, and Kammatipaadam, and all of them brought him fame.
Shane who has had a good start in movies, has been part of projects that are being considered as classics in Mollywood. His latest release C/o Saira Banu too has won him accolades from audience and critics alike. In the movie, Shane appears as Manju Warrier's son and their mother-son bonding has already won the hearts of many. Meanwhile, Shane has been raved about by all for his effortless performance. C/o Saira Banu which was released on March 17th, is ringing good cash at the box-office and has completed two successfull weekends.
With back-to-back successfull movies, Shane has now gone on to bag more big projects, including Soubin Sahir's debut directorial Parava in which the actor is playing one of the main leads. Shane has also reportedly signed a new movie which will be directed by editor-turned-filmmaker B Ajith Kumar and co-produced by Rajeev Ravi.
