Shakti App shocks Congress, but that man stays on!

Have you heard of the Shakti App? In the run up to the Lok Sabha elections, the Congress party launched it to make enrollments of workers, cadres and supporters easy. The App, among others, was strategized by well-known data analyst Praveen Chakravarty. For the starters, Praveen is known to be what Prashant Kishor was to YSRCP.
Reportedly, Praveen's database, collected through the App, indicated that Congress would be winning 165 seats on its own in the elections. Everyone from Rahul Gandhi down believed in the data and made their moves accordingly. Believe it or not, the party started believing that Congress will win 15 seats even in Gujarat.
On May 23, we saw what kind of a humiliating defeat the Grand Old Party suffered at the hustings. It won a mere 52 seats. Curiously, Praveen hasn't lost his job. He continues to work for Congress despite his utter failure to provide accurate data regarding public mood to his bosses. Allegedly, he charged Rs 24 Cr for the "useless" work he did.
In his latest statement, Praveen has said that he is still associated with Congress.
