Director Shakthi Chithambaram, who has cast the sensational Namitha in all his films including his latest ‘Sandai’, has decided to avoid her in his forthcoming movies. What went wrong between the director and his favorite heroine? “I have cast her in all my films. I thought this could be interpreted in a mischievous way by somebody and hence I decided to avoid her”, says the director.

The grapevine, however, has it that Namitha is quite unhappy with the manner in which her portions were handled in the movie. It is said that many scenes featuring the buxom babe were cut off from the movie and that had created displeasure to the girl.

Namitha, who used to give a piece of her mind to the concerned person through SMS, has given vent to her feelings in the same manner. Shakthi, it is said, has reacted sharply by deciding not to cast Namitha in his films.
