The CBFC has allegedly refused to certify 'Sheelavathi'. Starring adult star Shakeela in the lead, the film is the Mollywood sensation's 250th outing.
"I don't understand how the Censor Board members have come to the conclusion that the title 'Sheelavathi' is not apt for a Shakeela movie. Without watching its content, how can they say that? It's another matter if they raise an objection after watching it. I would like to urge the Board to reconsider the matter. I also appeal the audience for their support," Shakeela today said in a video message.
The makers are not ready to go back on the title because they have already released publicity material. Coming with the caption 'What the F___?' the adult entertainer is allegedly based on some real-life incidents that happened in Kerala.
